Washington County Public Library Gray Branch readies new location for opening
Final touches are underway at the new Washington County Public Library Gray Branch. The Gray Branch of the library, formerly located off Bobby Hicks Highway, is readying it’s new location on Sid Martin Road. The former library location closed its doors in summer 2025 and the new site offers about 15,000 square feet, which is double the amount of space from the previous spot. The new location will have separate children’s and teen rooms for reading and studying and a larger training room with laptops available. The space will accommodate adult and children’s programs. The Washington County Public Library Gray Branch is planning to open to the public in the second week of March.
