Man arresting for Kingsport hit and run

The Kingsport Police Department said man has been charged following a hit-and-run Monday night. Police said that Hunter Miles was driving a vehicle and hit a building in the 2600 block of East Stone Drive and then left the scene. Miles is facing multiple charges including driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, and violation of implied consent.
