Federal judge gives Bristol fentanyl dealer 10 years in prison
The sentence for a Bristol, Virginia man convicted of conspiring and selling fentanyl- 10 years in prison.
A federal judge concluded the case of Briar Stephens, 25, after hearing evidence of the suspect’s involvement in a network of dealers with a base of 600 fentanyl pills and selling them in NE Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
The DEA and Elizabethton Police Department assisted in the case that also convicted Stephens of federal firearm charges.
