Virginia Tech baseball receives at-large bid for NCAA regionals

The Virginia Tech Hokies started their 2026 baseball campaign under .500 but rebounded with second-season streaks, earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.

The road to Omaha will not be easy with the Hokies heading west to play in the Los Angeles regional with a possible match up with No.1 ranked UCLA.

Tech, the Bruins, Saint Mary’s and Cal Poly begin the double-elimination regional on Friday.
