Homeland Vinyl planning third expansion in Hawkins County
Homeland Vinyl, a producer of vinyl decking, railing, and fencing based in Hawkins County, has made a property purchase to expand their product lines.
A report from the state Economic Commissioner’s office says Homeland has taken ownership of a former factory located on Industrial Road in Surgoinsville as part of their new business plan. The Homeland extension will result in an investment of $5.5 million and creation of 50 new jobs, according to the company.
This is Homeland Vinyl’s third expansion in Hawkins County in the past 11 years, according to company information.
