Appalachia Service Project completes 100th home since hurricane Helene
The Appalachia Service Project just reached a milestone Monday, with their 100th home since hurricane Helene hit the region two years ago. This marks only about half of the homes that need to be build by the organization. Mennonite Disaster Services provided the volunteers for the 73-day build. ASP still has nearly 100 more homes to construct. ASP is looking for another $8 million in donations and is also seeking more volunteers as well.
