Bristol, Tennessee’s Alpha Metallurgical Resources Finishes Strong In 2022

Despite a tough 2022, especially the fourth quarter, Bristol Tennessee’s Alpha Metallurgical Resources is reporting a strong, net income of more than 220 million dollars for the year. Alpha reported finishing strong in 2022 and announced record performance and operating cash flow as well as the elimination of the company’s loan term debt. The company also reported returning more than a half billion dollars of capital to its stockholders in the form of share repurchases and declared 100 million dollars in dividends in 2022.
