ETSU cancels BigXthaPlug for October 7 SGA fall concert

ETSU announces the cancellation of a performance by rapper BigXthaPlug, at its Student Government Association fall concert. The performance was scheduled for Oct. 7 at Freedom Hall. Additional details about the concert, including the headlining artist and date, will be announced as soon as possible, according to ETSU. The announcement comes after BigXthaPlug, whose real name is Xavier Darnell Landum, was arrested in Texas on charges of driving while intoxicated, marijuana possession and unlawful possession of a firearm.
