Greeneville Police charge man with sexual battery

A man in Greeneville has been charged with sexual battery. A Greeneville Police responded to the 200 block of East McKee Street on November 28. Jeremy Cutshaw was allegedly acting strange when a woman and juvenile came in for a haircut. Cutshaw was making inappropriate comments to the juvenile and kept rubbing and touching on the juvenile’s face and neck. The woman said Cutshaw was stumbling and slurring his speech and did not charge for the haircut. Outside the barber shop, the juvenile said Cutshaw was rubbing his genitalia on the juvenile. Cutshaw was arrested, charged with sexual battery and taken to the Greene County Detention Center.
