Marijuana shop owner due in Bristol court

The owner of two Southwest Virginia marijuana shops charged with several felonies is due in court Monday afternoon.

Brandon Garden, 33, is scheduled for a hearing in Bristol General District Court to inform a judge of his legal representation after his arrest last week and the seizure of more than $400,000 in THC product when officers from multiple agencies raided his home and two Best Buds locations in Bristol and Wytheville.

According to court documentation, Garden’s appearance is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
