Megan Boswell status hearing rescheduled for January

A status hearing in the appeals process for the Sullivan Co. mother convicted of killing her daughter has been rescheduled again. Megan Boswell was found guilty on 19 charges in connection with her daughter Evelyn’s death. This is the fourth time a status hearing has been rescheduled in her appeals process, because the transcript from the lengthy trial that happened February 2025, reportedly isn’t ready yet. Boswell’s next court appearance is now scheduled for Jan. 22, 2027 at 1:30 p.m.
