Mountain City murder suspects arrested in Myrtle Beach, sent back to Tennessee
Two men accused in the July murder of a Mountain City resident are both being held on a half-a-million dollar bond.
David Cameron, 32, and Michael Horne, 24, face charges connected to the homicide death of Scott Edward Davis, 64, whose body was found in a home on Slabtown Road in Mountain City.
Horne and Cameron were spotted in Davis’ stolen vehicle with the help of Flock license plate cameras and then taken into custody days later in Myrtle Beach. Both were extradited from South Carolina back to Tennessee.
Davis autopsy report showed his death was the result of blunt force trauma and several stab wounds, according to police.
