One dead from gunshot at Gray doughnut shop

A Johnson City Police Department has confirmed a person was killed at Dunkin Donuts off of Bobby Hicks Highway in Gray Friday morning.

The front of the building was blocked off by city and county investigators while a sheet was placed across a portion of the store’s parking lot to conceal the person’s body on the pavement.

The agency also said one person is in custody related to the incident.
