Suspected Lily Street shooter in Bristol assigned to a court date

Bristol Tennessee police have announced a court date for the suspected shooter in a double homicide on Lily Street last month.

Elijah Campbell will appear in General Sessions Court on December 11th during their morning hearings, according to the report.

Campbell surrendered to police in Virginia, where he remains lodged awaiting extradition to Tennessee. He was appointed an attorney the day after the incident in Virginia General District Court where Campbell is facing a fugitive charge.

Police said Campbell, 18, came to the residence and killed 20-year-old Lexy Coleman and 20-year-old Deonte Wright while seriously injuring 22-year-old Kevin Collin who remains hospitalized.
