The Greeneville Police Department names new Chief

The Greeneville Police Department has named its new police chief. Captain Joshua Pierce will be the new chief beginning June 30th. Pierce has 18 years of law enforcement experience with the Greeneville Police Department. Most recently, a leadership role serving as captain overseeing the uniformed and specialized services. Interim City Manager Cathy Osborne said, his experience, vision and commitment to the community makes him well prepared to lead the Greeneville Police Department into the future.
