Unicoi Co. Sheriff’s Office: search warrant executed and 2 arrested on drug charges

Unicoi County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two Flag Pond residents and charged them with multiple drug offenses. Search warrants were executed at a residence on Dora Ray Road in the Devils Fork community on Wednesday. After an investigation, and search of the residence, investigators located a large quantity of drugs included methamphetamine and fentanyl. A handgun and several articles of paraphernalia were located. 47 year old Carl Daniel Ray and 42 year old and Tabitha Metcalfe are both facing multiple charges and police say more charges are pending against other individuals.
