Contest Rules & Information
Trip dates are Saturday September 12 – Sunday September 13, 2026
This contest is being conducted in two markets: Tri-Cities, TN/VA and Charleston, WV. A maximum of 60 qualifiers will be selected across both markets, and one (1) grand prize winner will be chosen.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify. Limit one (1) qualifier per household.
The grand prize includes round-trip airfare to New York City departing from either Tri-Cities, TN/VA or Charleston, WV. Hotel accommodations will be provided; however, a valid major credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental expenses.
Bristol Broadcasting Company is not responsible for travel delays, missed or canceled flights, or late arrivals that may affect the winner’s ability to attend the event. Missed trips cannot be rescheduled, and no substitute prize will be awarded.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099.
